Kareen Lai from Mums In Sync and Nuts About Butter shares some tips on exercises, mindset changes as well as how simple it is to just make a quick but healthy breakfast with freshly churned nut butters.
Meanwhile, Igets kitchen envy as Kareen made an open faced sandwich with her Almond Butter, avocado and hemp seeds which was served with cold brewed coffee. Really had a great snack this week…so can’t really complain. Although I couldn’t sleep until 5.30am in the morning after the interview…however, I woke up at 10am feeling quite refreshed. There must be something powerful in that brew or in the hemp seeds.
