Fitness Journey – Day 3 (Barre HIIT and Sound Therapy)

Happy Mothers’ Day to all mums out there! I spent my Mothers’ Day morning at The Busy Woman Project’s event where we started off with a 45-minute Barre HIIT and I think I nearly died…hahaha. After a short break, we then went into a relaxing sound therapy with Su from Strala Yoga Singapore where she used her gong to lull us into relaxation. I definitely need to read up on this sound therapy…cos I’m still sceptical about it.
