When it comes to a fitness regime, it’s not only about exercise but more so on the food that you eat. As such, I meet up with YOLO Food to check out their meal plan and how easy it is to go on one because not everyone is able to hire a nutritionist or prep ALL your meals (takes a lot of time and effort!).
It started off with my strength training in the morning and I did what Joel told me to! 😀
