This is the first time that my sinuses are acting up. I thought that I have been having migraines for the past few days but I now realise that my headaches are more related to my sinuses. Whenever I feel this shooting headache, I notice that my nose feels rather blocked too. I’m not talking about your usual stuffy nose though. It’s blocked like WAYYYY up there. *sigh* I think the haze brought up this problem. Thank goodness it’s nothing very serious and it seems to go down when I use my nasal spray. =P
