Today is cardio day and Joel told me to do “spinning”. Told me to do it moderately…which I don’t really know what that meant? I wanted to substitute it with Body Combat class but I slept at 3am thanks to work so I didn’t wake up on time.

By the way, I read an article on Popsugar which I felt was an interesting hairstyle hack for women with long hair: two braids and tuck them under your bra straps. Hmm…I reckon this is only useful for those whose hair is long enough to braid.

I’m lucky that I do have a gym that’s near to my home but if you don’t, then you may need to be innovative and so burpees or more push ups etc in order to get your heart rate up.
