Things are looking much better into the third week for sure. With the hard boiled egg and chia seeds added into the shake, breakfast does last me for 4 hours before my next meal.

Day (losing count) lunch – kungpao chicken with braised cabbage and rice.

This was a day where I couldn’t get brown rice as the stall didn’t sell it so I had no choice but to eat the white rice. Nonetheless, it’s ok because with regular exercise and portioning…it’s really not a ‘sin’ to eat white rice.

Still not much difference in terms of measurements which is why there isn’t much difference in the photos. But in terms of weight, I did drop by almost a kilo! Some might say that it’s water loss and I can’t verify this because I don’t have the full weighing machine which measures muscles and fats. Nevertheless, this is progress!!

In terms of workout, I’m definitely having a lot of fun on Saturdays as I incorporate Kickboxing and Self-Defence into the mix. A friend of mine, Elsa, joined us in the class and I’m amazed at how strong she is! She’s also still very fit for someone in her 50s.
