Cardio day doesn’t have to be a boring day and with ‘blessings’ from Joe, I exchanged spinning for Self-Defence class! It’s a lot more fun than spinning on a bike (don’t tell Zackiee that, his head may explode) and I learnt a lot of useful techniques which I’m sure will serve me well in the long run.
If you’re interested to learn, do join us on 24 June at Wellness Day Out where Zackiee will be conducting a beginner class on Self-Defence. You’ll learn how to do the basic blocking plus the proper footwork. Depending on the class, you may even learn some of the other techniques seen in this video!
