A boot camp came about really thanks to the military, where all their recruits undergo a set form of exercises right from the start for at least 3 months. This trains their cardio, endurance and reflexes to a certain extent. This is a great way to kickstart any fitness regime because it really pushes your cardio endurance plus when you do it in a group, it’s a lot more fun!
