Ok…this comes a day late but I know those of you who are in HK are enjoying your holiday…HAPPY MID AUTUMN!! This marks another year and another season of feasting on mooncakes (affectionately called moonies by moi). I miss eating really yummy yam mooncakes from the former Prince Hotel though. Hmms…anyways, I bought a lantern and lit it last weekend. I think one side is slightly burnt
