This week, I speak to Fiona Tan, who is a beauty expert, trainer and Miss Top of the World Plus Size 2016. If you’ve been following me, you would find her familiar as I’ve interviewed her about 3 years ago.

Pardon us as we digressed throughout the interview because we’ve known each other for so long now and it just happens naturally. LOL! Nonetheless, I had a lot of fun interviewing Fiona as we caught up with each other and talked about what women want – have priorities changed due to the pandemic?

Fiona said that she sees a trend in more women wanting to get out of the corporate rat race, have more flexible work arrangement as well as time for themselves or for their families.

Since we talked about Fiona’s beauty and wellness business, we naturally started sharing beauty tips so do watch the video below for those tips!

I’ll be working with Fiona to see when we can hold the customised makeup workshop (we’ve been talking about it forever…) so please stay tuned for the details on that too.

The views and opinions expressed (or implied) in the video are those of the interviewees and interviewer and do not necessarily reflect the position of the general population. Any content are of their opinions and are not intended to malign any groups or individuals or anything.

In the video, we make use of the words “woman”, “women” and “female” as well as the pronouns “she” and “her” to describe individuals who identify as females. As gender language continues to evolve, we will periodically reassess this usage and will make appropriate adjustments as necessary.
