Update on my diet change
As I had previously mentioned, I’m cutting out as much wheat, gluten, diary and soy products from my diet. So far, I think it’s working! I’m not losing weight yet but neither am I gaining so I do think that there is some truth in eating the right type of carbs for your body type!
